Year 2011 was dedicated for the main part to the elaboration of a new working model, the planning of projects,  the search for partners (successful in fact!), the constitution of a new foundation board and a more narrow collaboration with the Swiss Academies of Arts and Sciences, as well as several changes in the staff. The important workload inferred by all these activities did not prevent the general climate from being positive.
