Science et Cité (Science and society) The Science et Cité Foundation is a neutral interface between the sciences and the public. Their objective is to encourage exchange between scientists and citizens and thus create a climate of mutual trust. To do justice to this mission, Science et Cité has initiated diverse activities: dialogue platforms, interactive exhibits, projects welcoming personal contributions and thoughts. These activities appeal to various target groups:
Science et Cité was founded in 1998 and their head office is located in the Old Town of Berne. Regional branch offices are located in the Suisse Romande (French-speaking Switzerland) and in the Ticino (Italian-speaking Switzerland).
Science et Cité ist als Kompetenzzentrum für den Bereich Dialog den Akademien der Wissenschaften Schweiz angeschlossen. |
