Citizen Science – the participation of citizens in science – has become highly topical in many countries during the last few years, but especially so in the US, in the UK, in Germany or also in Sweden. In Switzerland there is still great potential for projects that bring together the civilian population and research. Science et Cité is committed to promoting Citizen Science in Switzerland.
