  • More and more people in Switzerland are giving up on meat completely or partially. At the same time, meat substitutes are experiencing a boom.
  • The Foundation for Technology Assessment TA-SWISS has commissioned a study on these substitute products: How healthy and sustainable are they really?
  • We would like to share the results of the study with the general public at market stands and spark a discussion on the topic of meat consumption.
