- More and more people in Switzerland are giving up on meat completely or partially. At the same time, meat substitutes are experiencing a boom.
- The foundation TA-SWISS therefore commissioned a study on these substitute products in 2023/24, asking the question: how healthy and sustainable are they?
- At an interactive market stall in 2024–2025, we presented the results of the study to a broad public and engaged in dialogue on the topic of meat consumption.
